Cloud brown color with not head or carbonation. Strong but not overwhelming whiskey aroma. Wow, the taste is like licking a whiskey barrel. Notes of vanilla, butter and oak. The palate is a bit flat.

Dark brown-publish color with thin white head. Aroma of chocolate malt, biscuits, maple syrup and bourbon. Taste is...hello flavor country, we’ve got a whole lot of complexity going on here: Vanilla, raisins, toasted malt, molasses, bourbon. The finish has another layer of oakiness followed by a tart sweetness. Surprisingly light body for a barleywine. More please.
